The flour used as raw material comes from organic crops, thanks to the collaboration agreement with the farmers of the Sibillini Mountains’s district.

Transparency and security

Our products are controlled at every stage of production, from sowing to sales, because the health also depends on the safety of what we eat.

Information about the production process is available to the consumers.

Thanks to blockchain technology, each packet of pasta can be traced in all its steps via QR code. We do not take for granted the trust of those who choose us: we open virtually the doors of our factory to every consumer and guide them along the paths that lead to our fields, in the hills of Marches.
