We wanted to produce a high quality pasta by being attentive to the environment at every stage, from seed to packet, with a project that aims for well-being and sustainability – human, ethical, environmental – and being able to support the territory, involving all the players.

Only three elements

Pasta Monte Monaco is made from 100% raw flours of legumes grown with organic methods. During the processing only two ingredients are added – the pure mountain water for the dough and the fresh mountain air for drying.
